You got to be kidding me, the titans a div 1 outdoor team playing div 3 indoor, its almost as bad as franklin stacking teams in every division,lol... Some people really get hard ons from winning I guess

It happens in every sport.
The desire to win takes precedence over sportsmanship.
Personally, I'm opposed to it, but, part of the problem is that because league officials simply can't keep track of every single player, it's virtually impossible to enforce. My take is that there should be a fun, recreational league where non-athletes can compete with other non-athletes & have a chance at alteast an exciting game.
That said, the only way someone can get better is to play against better players & raise their level.
